Yes, you've stumbled upon the web site of the Frederick Grotto in the beautiful state of Maryland.

Also known as the Land of Pleasant Living, Maryland contains part of the Chesapeake Bay, a drowned river valley, that was inundated when the continental ice sheets melted at the end of the last Ice Age.

Those who don't accept the science of Ice Ages in particular and Evolution in general should get a life! But I digress.

The Frederick Grotto is located in the rolling hills of the Piedmont Provence, about halfway between the Chesapeake Bay and the Allegheny Plateau.

You may be wondering, why I, Andy B Celmer, am telling you all this. Because I Can!

When I first offered to create this web site for the Frederick Grotto, I requested content from the Officers and Members to grace the pages of the site.

I quickly received Grotto Minutes from Anya Craine, the Grotto Library Inventory from Jonathan Helta and Photos from Ken Carter. Thank you very much for your contributions.

The remainder is created from whole guano by me, Andy B Celmer. Anyone who wishes to submit content for this site must adhear to the following rules.
